Avalon ventures seems to be one of the better choices an investor can make as the potential for growth is there. The present market situation allows you to get in fairly low though I wouldn't be surprised if I we come across further drops in stock price (short lived).

Thor Lake area is very promising and has brought us great returns in sample analysis and numbers which would suggest the potential for earings once the fall comes around. If you are of the opinion that the confidence in metals will come back to the miners then you got your timing right sir.
