Lithium-ION Batteries

There is a write-up today, on Lithium Ion batteries manufacted in the U.S. They are asking the government to give them $1 billion to build a plant. You can access the story on Yahoo Finance, under Johnson Controls, JCI. It is a good read. Any one know anyone with tons of material to make Lithium-ION batteries?????
