In our ongoing efforts to provide you with broader communications we would like to present to you the latest installment of "Beyond the Press Release" featuring Avalon's President Don Bubar.

In this interview, Mr. Bubar discusses the significance of the latest press release issued on December 22, 2008, which updated the final 31 holes drilled in July, August and September, 2008 on the Lake Zone Rare Earth Element ("REE") deposit on its 100% owned Thor Lake Rare Metals project located near Yellowknife, NWT.
