Winning that 2010 Progressive Insurance Automotive X PRIZE Competition is certainly a big deal for Azure. They took home $2.5 Million for 1st place. They unfortunate thing is 600 million shares outstanding is not good if you want the share price to move. What you need is an institutional dealer or pension/portfolio manager to come in and start buying.
