Vancouver, B.C., June 10, 2013 - BIG NORTH GRAPHITE CORP. (TSX-V: NRT) (the "Company" or "Big North"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bryce Clark as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective June 10, 2013. Mr Clark is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and has 20 years of experience in the executive administration of public and private companies. Mr Clark has been the CFO of Pacific Potash Corporation since May, 2011 and has previously served as CFO and a director of various TSX Venture Exchange listed resources companies. Mr. Clark is the managing partner of Minni, Clark & Company, CGA, a privately held accounting firm.




Mr. Minaz Dhanani, Big North's previous CFO, resigned due to other commitments. The Company would like to thank Mr. Dhanani for his work and dedication in the early stages of Big North's development.
