Nottooshabby, My guess he looking for much more then a $21M return. Unless the company is sold, he will not be able to sell his shares on this exchange. If he starts selling 1M plus shares below $1, I would be very concerned for a number of reasons. The fact he has 34 percent means he much control. For the most part, insiders have had control anyway. So, I'm not sure what has changed. Regards, Gundy
