Lets face it many marginal companies will be going BK within 4-6 months. We have very little money. Rick now has his stock but realizes that the good days are over. We have talented individuals within the corp who will not be able to move up the pay for work food chain. There for i am offering Rick a way to help our employees and keep them motivated. Rick should divy out his large personnel stock to key employees for retention purposes.He would make a huge statement to employees and yes, us, the not very important and forgotton shareholders. Rick would then be saying that we are all in this together. Our employees would creatively do more with less if they felt Rick was not just in if for himself. He runs the company as a dictator...So you could say like Bush2. Hard times call for tough decisions and leaders come forth to let everyone know how important everything means to all of us.. Come on Rick and just do it. If not you will lose some valuable players. They can see through your greed and dictatorial ways which in the end is seen as a me/me. Short for I am this company this compay is me.
