Braintech, Inc. (the “Company”) together with its wholly owned subsidiaries is a high tech development company, developing advanced software for the vision guidance of robotic systems. In the nine months ended September 30, 2008, 98% of sales revenue was generated from ABB Inc. (“ABB”), and for the nine months ended September 30, 2007, 99% of sales revenue was generated from ABB.
