Tom's right. No one wins if the share price plummets or the company goes bankrupt. Perhaps Rick's salary cut will help them meet their financial deadline. His taking shares instead of cash seems to bode well for us. These BOD people have no conscience as we would understand it. We just have to hope that his greedy, self-centered, myopic worldview somehow benefits us.
