I am here to make money or at least recoup my losses at a minimum.

This stock has been played and played by many including insiders. Rick is loading up for the next run and will make what he can, just like Owen, Speros and many others have in the past.

The product is there....they just have not been able to make much money at it other than the ABB deal, which at the end of the deal netted them $10,000,000...by the way where did all that money go!

This company is not dead, however it will be starting all but over again soon. My guess, FWIW, is that along with the financing there will be a RS (IMHO). So the fortunate ones sitting with a mitfull of cheap or free shares don't feel the pain so much. The oridinary investor gets screwed again.
