Well, if the company isn't refinanced, by tomorrow, and RBC call on the LC Providers, Rick (the managing member of the LC providers), along with Owen and Kenneth will essentially own the company.

"all of the Company’s personal and intangible property, including intellectual property was pledged as security to the LC Providers"..."His interests and the interests of the other LC Providers (two of whom are directors and three of whom are employees) may conflict with the interests of the other holders of Braintech’s common stock".
