Don't be upset nottooshaby. I am here to raise some very important issues. And at this point no issue is more important than the RBC loan. This is not the time to dream about 5$ on the NASDAQ.
Since you have been on this board for a very long time, I assume you know a bit about this company, and you might be able to anwser the following question.
Item 1.01 of the original filling about the RBC loan (2008-09-23) states that the load would come to maturity on September 22, 2010

Somehow, Item 1.01 was amended two weeks later (2008-10-07) and the maturity date was changed to July 11, 2009.

My question, honest and simple, is why did the maturity date changed? Given the situation that Braintech was at the time (with the ABB deal going South), I do not understand why/how they could agree to repay over 2 million dollars (+interests) in 8-9 months instead of 24 months.
Cheers.
