They must be generating enough cash to pay whatever staff they have as the filings only show Rick and Osborne as taking shares in lieu. To me it seems that the name of the game is grab as many shares as possible and long as the excuse is legitimate then so be it, whether your a LC provider, as executive management incentive, or plain old not getting paid.
