I have not sold any shares other some in 2002 and have bought some more several months ago when it was $0.16 or so. I am not a sophisticated investor and am not interested in buying and selling etc. Bought in through a friend of a friend who knew of all people Grant Sutherland (for all the oldies out there the name brings back....).

I am not bitching because my stock is underwater. My investment is minimal and at the end of the day if Braintech does succeed and I make some money, well that is a bonus.

I am bitching at the lack of transparency and openess of this company. I as an investor have called and emailed with no response whatsoever. We have to hunt through filngs to find tidbits here and there. I am also quite aware that we are in a recession, thank-you.

Again, other than we are a low prices and Rick and company are taking shares in lieu of pay, what is posivite about this Company?

Your insights would be appreciated. We are certainly getting nothing from the company that makes me feel good.

Again, I am not here to play the stock I am here as a shareholder that believes in a product that they are trying to market.
