You can't go by total shares. You have to know what the "float" is. That is the "available shares to trade. I am sure it is less than the total and could be much less as I would think Rick's shares aren't available for public trading. If you subtract those it makes the float a lot less that the actual shares. This way the stock will be able to rise fairly quickly as people become more confident in their products and as new orders come in.

In the end I think they are planning on someone buying them out, a larger company which then they could get rid of their shares all at once at a set price.
