What exactly will Jim Speros be selling?

His expence account has been funded so he can travel and promote. If we have taken a new direction I would like to know about it. My understandng is that ABB, our channel partner has and is our primary source of sales? I see more shares have been sold at the usual discount to shareholders. Given these funds most likely will be directed to Speros and new PR firm it would be very nice to hear what their intentions are.
