CANADIAN MINING APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Canadian Mining Company Inc. has appointed Marcy Kiesman to the board of directors. Ms. Kiesman is a certified management accountant, experienced in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for public companies.

Ms. Kiesman will provide Canadian Mining a significant competitive advantage, combining accounting, finance, information management and strategic planning skills necessary to drive business performance in the changing global economy.

Ms. Kiesman brings a new energetic perspective, and will take an active role in the company's business development by joining the rest of the team in representing Canadian Mining to the investment community.
