Canadian Shield held its annual general and special meeting today at 10am at its offices at 151 Bloor Street West, Suite 151, Toronto ON.

At the meeting, all resolutions were passed as reported in the Information Circular with the exception of Mr. Eduardo Rebagliati who decided not to stand for the election as a director of the corporation. At the meeting, Mr. Sol Mednick was slated as a nominee and was elected as a director of the corporation for the upcoming year along with Bernard Kraft, Gregory Harris, Phillip Anderson and Michael Kraft.
