I agree this is a very negative move in general. However in this environment and the lack of new funds available to these venture companies I really do not see any alternatives.

This company needs money and need to continue defining it's resources, but it must be done with a surgeons accuracy and timing, they have no room for error and can not waste a dollar or opportunity.
