Dear brew242003,

As part of the share consolidation, the share purchase options and any outstanding warrants get consolidated on the same basis. Not only the number of options will crunch by a factor of 20:1 but also the exercise price of those options increases by same factor. For example, if someone holds 2000 options exercisable at $0.10 per share, these options will reduce to 100 options exercisable at $2 per share.
