Mr. Kraft is a consultant at Kraft, Berger LLP. He is a seasoned accounting professional with over 40 years of experience. He has been a director of Canadian Shield Resources Inc. since incorporation in 1996, and is a director of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. and Kaboose Inc.
Mr. Anderson graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 1981 and worked as a project geologist for 10 years in Alaska in positions of increasing responsibility. Over the past 14 years he managed exploration for Brett Resources in South America and evaluated exploration projects for Noranda, Kinross, Phelps Dodge, Placer Dome and Newmont as well as for a number of junior companies. As a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Mr. Anderson is the Qualified Person for the Canadian Shield Resources Inc.
Mr. De Melt brings 30 years of project management and mine development experience to Canadian Shield. He is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics and a diploma of mechanical studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has held management positions with 12 mining companies internationally and was instrumental in identifying and building mines including Gulf Oil's Rabbit Lake Uranium Mine, Syncrude, Denison Mine's Quintette Coal Mine, Homestake's Golden Bear Gold Mine, BHP Billiton's Ekati Diamond Mine and Goldust's Croiner Gold Mine.
Since working at Newmont's Yanacocha Mine in Peru ten years ago, Mr. De Melt has focused his attention on consulting and mining property acquisitions in Peru. He has been instrumental in growing junior mining companies with interests in Peru where he spends half of his time. He is a director of several public and private mining companies including Glenville Gold Corporation, Nilam Resources, BlackTusk Minerals, Tech Solutions, International PBX Ventures Ltd., SYMC Resources Ltd and Journey Resources Corp.
Mr. Harris is a lawyer having received his B.A. in 1971 and L.L.B. in 1972 from the University of Alberta. He currently serves as a director and officer of Chrome Capital Inc., and is also a director for Poplar Creek Resources Inc and Digifonica International Inc., all TSX Venture listed public companies.
Mr. Kraft is the President of Buckingham Group Limited, a private merchant banking corporation and President of MPK Inc., a private business consulting corporation to both private and public corporations since 1994. He is a senior officer and director of Lingo Media Corporation, a publisher of English language learning products and programs for the educational school market focused in China and has served in that capacity since its inception in 1996. He is an executive and entrepreneur with 20 years experience in corporate finance and management with a record of success with both private and public companies. He is also a director of Pioneering Technology Inc. and JM Capital Corp.
Mr. Rebagliati is a Lima Peru based senior executive with Trans-I Technologies Inc., a software development firm in Peru. Bilingual, with 25 years of experience in banking, finance and business development, he holds a M.B.A. from Pacific University, Lima and a Management Development Programme Certificate from York University, Toronto.
Mr. Qureshi has over 15 years of experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance. A graduate of York University, Toronto, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. Over the last eight years, Mr. Qureshi has been a key member of several merger and acquisition teams.
