Did I read this right? They paid $18 million for the deal and are expecting to generate $40 million per year in revenue. I'm curious wht the profit margin on the $40 millino is though. If I assume 10% profit on $40 mllion... that's $4 million. That would pay for the aquistion in 4 and a half years. Not bad... especially for an OTC company. If they can manage their debt in the early years this thing will definitely be a winner. Am I wrong on my math? What does anyone else think?>
