bad debt ratios

I'm looking at the past press releases, listening to the ceo and doing my due diligience and I'm curious about one thing. They might have 40 million forthcoming in annual revenue but what are their siginficiant expesnes? I'm thinking their biggest risk factor is the number of defaults. Does anyone know what percentage of their car loans are bad debts, leading to defaults etc and what CarBiz's recourse would be. Can anyone shine any light on that one for me?
