you pose a good question but the bottom line is the bottom line. To me it doesn't matter a whole lot what the bad debt ratios are, just so long as they make money. If they make 10 deals and win on 8 and lose on 2, I'm still ok with that. Naturally I'd like to go 10 for 10 but given the clientele they deal that hardly seems likely.
