If you look at the charts, there was a steady decline from the first of the year til mid February. (Low #1). Between mid February and now it has reached a high surpassing that of a few weeks ago. This could be the start of a bull confirming pattern. If the stock recedes to a low higher than that of a few weeks ago (around 16) and goes higher than 21, then we're at the beginning of a bull confirming period (higher highs, higher lows). Sounds confusing but really isn't. Just think higher highs, higher lows. Good chart pattern to take advantage of for quick profits.
