depressed markets representing value buy

With the markets overall bringing a lot of companies down, this can represent a great value opportunity by buying low. The markets are a function of fear and greed and there's a lot of fear out there. Think about fundamentals. If the story was good at 15 or 20, it's even better at 9 or 10. Works for me.
