I really don't think they're much to worry about. First of all, there is a ton of consturction going on so there could be a lot of work for everyone. Secondly, I don't think they've been awarded major construction jobs like the railway, the Olympic building and the US Embassy that China ACM got. On top of that, China ACM has government contacts and works that relationship well as in the past.
