Chinese stimulus package

While there is also a Chinese stimulus package, how much of that could China ACM realistically go after? They talk about half a trillion for infrastructure, but China also has an issue with clean water. How much of that is for water/sewer line construction as an example and does China ACM actually do that kind of work? If anyone has seen a breakdown as to how much of that money is gonig where I'd be curous to know. Thanks..
