As i remember he said that when he bought a big chunk of GE sometimes in september or october of last year and recently he said that "he said some very stupid things and done some very stupid things last year " and the guy who reported the news said unlike most people he had enough humility to recognise that and that's why he learns and improve from his mistakes but that's the reporter's conclusion , maybe that's part of the reason anyway.
