President Obama could take a page out of China's playbook. That country is doing an economic stimulus package of its own yet China is putting their money into infrastructure (ie railways). The Obama administration is funneling money into the Big3 auto sector (which was not the originial intent). Why throw good money after bad? China's rail system will be drastically improved. The US should put more of that stimulus money into infrastructure rebuilding. How about a high speed rail system in the US? It'll create jobs, reduce congestion on the highways, better for the environment etc etc..
