season work related to quarterly dollars?

I don't know about the seasons of China, but sometimes the winter months will put construction to a standstill. I'm wondering if this can affect cash flow in any way and have a negative impact on the quarterly. That said, the recent quarterly numbers are that much more impressive if the companyhad to overcome winter construction obstacles. just a thought.
