nice to see the stock above 3 bucks. They don't have to put a shovel into the ground or build anything and yet their bottom line improves by a million bucks having to pay less tax. Even Chinese companies see the benefit of having less government in their pockets. (Yet on the flip side they need the government to get the contracts. and around and around we go)
