Thank you for your question.

After communicating with company management we can confirm for you that the company you were inquiring about was AgriBiotech as previously posted by "notsonnybono".

We do not know the identity nor the relationship that "notsonnybono" has with Consolidation Services (if any) so we cannot endorse future statements. However, we can confirm his post in this case was completely accurate and we would also like to thank "notsonnybono" for his/her contribution.
