Hi all,

From what i gather, there are about 6.2 million shares (42.18%) in the hands of management leaving a public float of 8.5 million shares. Of that, the ''hummingbird microcap fund'' and ''tarsier nanocap fund'' collectively hold 1.19 million shares (14.12%) ... The maths tell us that this leaves 7.31 million shares (49.73%) in the market... If we assume the issuer bid for .85 million shares (5.78%) fully takes place, we are faced with a remaining 6.46 million shares on march 2 2009.
