Absolutely not! What makes you think that? The tsx is not affiliated to the central banks, and a day off must cost them a bundle... Having the tsx down does not change a thing in global markets. (the can$ is traded all over)... I dont see what any one could gain from shutting down the tsx when the us slash interests!
