Swanson, Chairman and CFO of the Company, has resigned from all positions with the Company in order to pursue personal interests. James co-founded CON-SPACE in 1991, and has provided great insight and guidance to the Company. Mr. Gordon Cook, President and CEO of CON-SPACE Communications, has been appointed acting CFO effective immediately.
Mr. Swanson will provide consulting services to the Company as required and will assist as necessary in order to effect a smooth transition in both his operating and board activities. CON-SPACE on behalf of all of its employees and shareholders would like to thank James for his tireless efforts and dedication and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
