Laberge, P. Eng. of North Vancouver, B.C. as a director of the Company. Mr. Laberge is a senior executive with extensive experience leading software and telecommunications companies and has more than 30 years of leadership, finance and business experience.
Mr. Laberge was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of FDM Software Ltd. of North Vancouver, B.C. (2006 to July 2008), a company that develops computer-aided dispatch and record management systems for public safety agencies. Mr. Laberge was also previously the Chair of ACETECH in British Columbia, an organization dedicated exclusively to CEOs in technology and life science companies. He currently continues as an independent director of ACETECH. Mr. Laberge is a professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
