Hi all,

Well, i dont know that it's going under yet... But it is changing hands! They where i default again, and as last time had to pay turret with shares. This time at 0.05$ a share. Turret now owns 75% of con-space. We have talked about dilution before... Last time they had given 50% away, and they have done the same again, leaving all the other share-holders with 25%. Turret is now in control. You can all look back at what we said then, and ajust the numbers to fit the new situation...

With the new owner, turret, it appears clear that they dont give a hoot at what we think. They have cancelled with agoracom and their IR company, in my belief, because they realy dont care about the investors. as for what they intend to do with con-space, your guess is as good as mine, and i dont think we can count on them keeping us much informed....

i havent had any info on a tax investigation... but with the situation being what it is, i dont think it will change much i the big picture. I am very happy to have taken my tokens out of this baby...
