Mr. James L Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., (www.con-space.com), today announced the promotion of Andrew Ibbetson to the position of Senior Vice-president, Operations. ``This is the Company`s third promotion in senior management in as many weeks, which is a strong indication of where we are now and how we are preparing for the future,`` said Swanson. ``The growth experienced during the last fiscal coupled with the increased sales forecasted for this year, made these structural changes necessary.``

``Andy was with us prior to the incorporation of CON-SPACE and has done nearly every job there is to do within the Company,`` said Swanson. ``During the past two years he was in England to increase the Company`s presence in the UK market. During his stay, he implemented a distribution program, added support staff, successfully trained his replacement and opened our operations in Europe.`` Ibbetson`s return to head office allows for a structural change at the senior management level. He will take on the overall responsibility for Operations, which includes Engineering, R&D, Production, Materials, Service and Quality Control. He will also be responsible for all OEM-Private Label Sales. As announced two weeks ago Sales of all CON-SPACE labeled products world wide will be under the direction of Alan Jakobsen the new Vice-President, Sales. ``These are very exciting times for CON-SPACE.`` said Swanson ``We have increased our facility by 50% and apart from the promotions mentioned we have added the UK Sales Manager, Steve Ibbotson, a Regional Sales Manager for North America, Matt Fiddes and an Inside Sales position, Dan Phelan. All of this being driven by the increased demand for our products. Yes, this is a very exciting time,`` concluded Swanson.

CON-SPACE sales increased 27% during its fiscal 2005 ended June 30, 2005 and final profit numbers are expected to be released during the next two weeks.
