Dr. Sadek is not a director or officer ( I wish he were... along with C. Benner and Dr. Riccio !) of the company and as the coo will do as told. Having been an investor in the previous life of this company, I have seen the tragic moves made by current mgmt by issuing millions of shares for NO value ( for properties that had no value - ie; China. Had they issued those shares on :terra performa" those shares would not have to have been issued). Had they been more on the ball the current capital structure would be half.....Do your homework (sedar) The point is that current mgmt should replace themselves....they are not miners or negotiators of a valuable asset such as this....Colin Benner is....Dr.Sedek is...Dr. Riccio is......but none of this talent is in a position of power via Directorship....!
