Don't know enough about Eurozinc, but in the case of Arulean, they were going to be loosing their property through the actions of Morales. Kinross came along and gave them an offer. Arulean could have wound up like Crystallex

That is the biggest piece of B/S I've seen in a long time. If that is the type of crap you get from IR then you have major problems.
