ARU had one too, but it was nullified by the BOD when they accepted a "friendly bid". "Any transaction would be subject to fairness opinions and valuations"... now that's a good one-- our 2 fairness opinions were done by funds who held shares and bailed at their earliest chance. "they were going to be losing their property through the actions of Morales".... nice try but wrong country, Morales is the president of Bolivia. Ron should probably put a little more effort into learning the facts if he wants to be a REAL investor relations guy.
