My question is;

If they plan to take this through to production, they have to start ordering long lead items NOW. They are in a catch22 situation. They need to order the long lead items but they don't have their PFS done. Do they go ahead and order them without the study and only partially financed, hoping everyhting is great on the study and financing or do they wait and perhaps loose a window of opportunity getting the best prices for the molybdenum?

I say go for the long lead items. Get a small offtake agreement to cover them. Get financing in place and start building. Time is awasting.
