If you look at the list of new supply coming on from the article, you will see that Climax is a very significant new supply in a few years IF everything goes according to schedule. Also there is a very big difference between surplus and deficit in future outlook based on a small diffence in demand percent between 4.5 and 7.

I hope demand comes in on the high side AFTER there is a squeeze on existing producers.
