Well, I hope in a way you are right about tax loss selling although I think most people, if they bought in the 40's, would have probably averaged down. I have changed my target price to 17 cents for a large buy order from 12 cents on credit market optimism and a possible slow devaluation of the U.S. dollar sometime in the next 4-6 months. It's very possible that I won't get the buy order triggered but we will see.
