Not only does it put management in front of the shareholders to report on the business, but it also allows shareholders to offer their input. It's through their investment in the Company that we are even discussing e.Digital's business prospects. It is sound business practice and good corporate governance to hold the ASM. Many shareholders prefer to attend the meetings rather than just file their proxy. In fact, the ASM provides the public forum through which the voting is administered.
