what took so long?

I have to admit I didn't campaign for him except to put a sign in the front yard on my busy street in Madison WI which is going for the Dems no matter what. The only money he got from me was the $50 I paid to go see the Allman Brothers and (grateful) Dead benefit show at Penn State which was very good and a total bargin for a 6 hour long show. I am a guy who now really has now a glimmer of hope for the future. I wouldn't say my glass is half full yet. I know better to trust anybody in the gov't (except Warren Haynes) and I know I won't like these guys much better than most. I will love them compared to the last cast of characters or criminals depending on your take.

Now about those settlements, I think we could use another right about now. I also am still really wondering why it took so long to sue for the patent infringement. Any Ideas or info on that?
