Would not LG be asked to settle for less than a proven infringer would be asked to pay? Kinda like pleading no contest. By us having to enforce the patents they are saying to us prove it we are innocent so we should expect much bigger demands on our part.

By the way, I was hoping 7 figures and not really disappointed for it being a "onetime settlement" although the no further payments from LG I thought was not so good, it is all about the licensing isn't it. GLTA
