There can be no vote at the shareholders meeting. I believe if any vote has to take place it would have been included in the 14A announcing the complete details of the meeting agenda, etc.

There will not be a vote on a Samsung purchase at the ASM. If this were to happen, there would be a follow up on that topic.

Wouldn't the 45 day rule apply to anything of that importance?
