It's a question of what a jury might think and what SAMSUNG RISKS at their hands should they not take control. They also opted to deal. No doubt by now that the patents are credible, after Nunually, DM's IP experts and 6 previous infringers have examined them and taken action.

There is a case to be made for a buy out....but I am not in that camp...YET....lol.

I'd like to see a substantial settlement, licensing agreement including future collaboration and then onto the next round...and watch the PPS continue to rise.
